2013 Summer Skills are now open.  You can pre-register online or at the rink.   

  • Revere started 5/22 (every Wednesday)
  • Girls starts 5/28 (every Tuesday)
  • Malden starts 5/28 ( every Tuesday)

  • Lawrence starts 5/30 (every Thursday)

SSH Instructor Whitney Playing Monarchs

SSH Instructor Joe Whitney is leading the Albany Devils into Manchester to play the Monarchs tonight.  Select Skills will be represented by 30 instructors and their families who will be going out to support Joe!

Game time is at 7p.  Tickets are still available at the Verizon Wireless Arena.   

 

 

 

Women's Hockey Coming to Boston

SSH Instructor Kerri Sanders is now playing for Team Alberta in the CWHL and will be coming to town to play against Team Boston on December 8th-10th.  The teams are made up of former College and Olympic stars. 
Shortly after moving to Calgary, Sanders (the former Boston College captain) made it thru the final cuts for Team Alberta and is now traveling across the country helping to promote women's hockey. 
So we are inviting all of players and the the local girls organizations to attend and enjoy a highly skilled women's game right in our backyard.

The Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL)is the premier women's hockey league in the world with franchises in Alberta, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, & Brampton.  It is dedicated to raising the profile of women's hockey, while providing a place for the best female hockey players in North America to train and compete. The league offers fans an international-grade showcase for the most talented female hockey players. The CWHL is entering its fifth season as the premiere women's hockey league in the world. Since its inception in 2007, the Canadian Women's Hockey League has supported all teams in their season of home/away games, as well as charity and exhibition games in the community. Each season has culminated in an exciting playoff tournament where the top teams play-off for the Clarkson Cup. The CWHL is a player-driven and centrally funded league, which means teams receive equal access to funding.

All events for Tuesday (10/30) are currently on schedule.  If the rinks are open, we will be there.
