For all of you who are looking for a concentrated skills camp just prior to the hockey season starting...the SSH Pre-Season Boot Camp is filling up fast!

90min sessions concentrating on core skills and competition drills.

Highlights:

Joe Whitney's Stickhandling Stations	The 2010 captain of Boston College, Joe has already used his puckhandling skills to lead BC to two NCAA National Championships and still looking to add another in 2011. We have designed small groups that will focus each skater to learn from the best source: EXPERIENCE.
DJ Fimiani's Overspeed Skating	DJ's speed led Norwich University to the 2010 NCAA III Championship.

Each day, players will review skating, stickhandling, passing, & shooting essentials and then put them to use.  The second half of each session will concentrate on "Battle Drills". 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 in tight areas to enable each player to test their skills in a game-like environment.

We hope that all our skaters have a safe and happy 4th of July Holiday. 

There are no skills sessions scheduled for the week of July 5 - 9. 

All sessions will resume, as scheduled, the following week. 

10SUM-GIRLS:

Tuesdays in Malden will resume 7/13/10 

10SUM-MALDEN:  

Wednesdays in Malden will resume 7/14/10

10SUM-NPORT: 

The Newburyport-Graf sessions will resume on Thursday, 7/15/10 and will remain on Thursdays for the remainder of the summer.  

 

Select Skills is welcoming a few additons to our staff for the Summer 2010 camps at various location.  Keeping our eyes on the goal, we have added members that can teach from the best source.... EXPERIENCE.

SSH would like to congratulate our Instructor DJ Fimiani & the Norwich University on their NCAA DIII National Championship.  Fimiani, an Asst Captian, helped lead his team to a thrilling double overtime victory over St Norberts, 2-1 in Lake Placid.  DJ will be back this summer helping to demonstrate and instruct our overspeed training drills.
